The surface is partly high-gloss and partly satin, creating unique optical and tactile effects. The corrosion-resistant push-button lock ZL-2901 ensures, when recessed, that furniture or cabinet doors do not open accidentally while driving or flying. When closed, the push button is recessed and is thus protected from collisions. To open the furniture door, the handle of the push-button lock ZL-2901 must be pressed and thus released. The push button ZL-2901 serves as a practical handle when opened. These features make the ZL-2901 snap fastener ideal for luxury yachts, private aircraft and mobile homes. ZL-2901 snap fasteners made of SUS316 stainless steel are also ideal for use in swimming pools, shipbuilding, humid and warm climates, regions with humid salty air, etc. The ZL-2901 push button is suitable for doors with a thickness of 13 mm (33/64″) to 23 mm (29/32″). Assembly:

• The mounting is done using the three screws included in the delivery (round-head wood screws: two pieces 3.1 x 10 mm and one piece 3.1 x 28 mm)
• For installation, a hole with a diameter of Ø28 mm (1-7/64″) and a depth of 13 mm (33/64″) must be drilled in the front
• Furthermore, a hole with a diameter of Ø40 mm (1-37/64″) must be drilled on the back of the door
• The distance between the door edge and the hole is 32 mm (1-17/64″)
• The push button ZL-2901 is inserted into the front and the housing is screwed on from the back using the supplied screw
• The strike plate is then attached to the body side using the screws provided (for further details see assembly drawing ).
