The table leg bracket 11.07.040-1 positively connects a table leg to two table aprons running at right angles to each other.

Its angled shape pulls the aprons together at the corner and increases the rigidity of the table frame.

The central receptacle allows the table leg to be attached with an M8 or M10 bolt.

Six side screw holes ensure even force distribution in the wooden aprons.

The 2 mm (5/64″) thick steel sheet provides a resilient and permanently dimensionally stable connection.

The galvanized surface protects the fitting from corrosion in typical indoor furniture use and allows inconspicuous mounting on the inside of the table apron.

Mounting:

• Fastening is done with, for example, 6 x wood screws or chipboard screws with a pan head, 1 x M8 or M10 hanger bolt or threaded bolt (not included in the scope of delivery)
• The table leg bracket 11.07.040-1 has 6 mounting holes: ⌀5 mm (13/64″) and a central mounting opening: for M8 or M10 bolts
• The exact length of the wood screws must be adapted to the thickness of the table apron. The screws must not penetrate the outside of the apron
• First, the two table aprons must be aligned at right angles to the table leg and temporarily fixed
• The apron bracket is inserted from the inside into the corner between the two aprons
• Then the fitting is attached to the table aprons through the six side holes with suitable wood screws
• After that, the M8 or M10 hanger bolt of the table leg is guided through the central opening and tightened evenly with a washer and a suitable nut
• Finally, the right-angled alignment of the table leg and the firm seating of all screw connections must be checked (for further details, see mounting drawing)
