The lift-off hinge B-1004-3-R (10568) connects doors or flaps detachably to a housing.

By lifting, the movable component can be separated from the fixed hinge part without loosening the fastening screws.

The SUS304 material and the mirror-polished surface offer high corrosion resistance for kitchen, marine and outdoor applications.

Six countersunk holes allow for flush and low-interference mounting with M3 countersunk screws.

• First, the positions of the two hinge halves must be marked according to the right-hand stop direction and the six fastening points prepared
• The housing-side hinge half is fastened with three M3 countersunk screws
• The door-side hinge half is also mounted with three M3 countersunk screws
• Both hinge halves must be aligned flush so that the hinge pin can be inserted without tension
• Then the door or flap is placed onto the hinge pin from above
• Finally, the smooth running, full engagement of the pin and secure seating of all screws must be checked
